The firm is seeking a highly motivated Investor Relations Support Associate to join the Private Credit team in its Boston office. This role will play a key part in supporting fundraising and investor communications by developing materials, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring consistent messaging across platforms. Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain marketing and investor materials such as presentations, fund updates, and web content Draft commentary on fund performance, market trends, and investment strategy Collaborate with the global distribution team to support fundraising efforts and client engagement Conduct competitive analysis and monitor industry trends Respond to investor and prospect inquiries in a timely and professional manner Coordinate logistics and content for investor meetings and roadshows Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders including investment, legal, compliance, and operations teams Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institution with strong academic performance 3-5+ years of experience in investment management, private credit, investment banking, or private equity Familiarity with credit strategies, particularly private credit, is preferred Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail Proficiency in PowerPoint and a solid understanding of financial statements Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and self-directed work style Seniority level
