Overview
The Miami HEAT and Kaseya Center are seeking a Cashier/Traffic Director to manage traffic flow during event days. Responsibilities include working with your team to direct cars into available spaces according to the traffic plan, as well as assuring that garage spaces are maximized. Responsibilities
Direct vehicles into available parking spaces, ensuring all spaces are utilized correctly. Provide top-notch customer service by directing/escort guests to the nearest elevator or stairways. Assist guests with locating their vehicles post-event and providing directions to major streets and freeways. Report any safety hazards such as debris, water, or oil spills to the supervisor. Direct and park guests with premium parking passes to designated areas. Work closely with the garage supervisor to ensure the garage is cleared within the appropriate time frame (Outbound).
