Provide leadership and supervision to clinical staff, including therapists, case managers, and support staff. Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of all clinical programs. Ensure compliance with state regulations, accreditation standards (e.g., Joint Commission, CARF), and internal policies. Conduct regular audits of clinical documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and quality. Facilitate staff meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities. Approve and oversee treatment plans, assessments, and discharge summaries. Intervene as needed with clients, families, and referral sources (e.g., crisis intervention, escalated care needs). Collaborate with leadership on program outcomes, client satisfaction, and operational improvements. Promote a culture of trauma-informed, evidence-based, and ethical care delivery. Qualifications
LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LSW
