As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be part of a collaborative team responsible for designing, developing, and operating both new and existing products. You will play a key role in architecting critical system interactions, working hands-on across the technology stack, and ensuring a strong developer experience. Austin, TX, or Nashville, TN Responsibilities
Architect, design, and operate distributed systems focusing on reliability, scalability, and performance. Lead and mentor engineering efforts, providing technical leadership and independent problem-solving. Develop and maintain high-scale, resilient cloud services with strong operational standards. Drive iterative and incremental improvements while balancing speed and quality. Foster a proactive, collaborative, and agile team environment. Evaluate and recommend major changes to products using data-driven approaches. Basic Qualifications
3+ years of software development experience. Proficiency in high-level programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar. Experience delivering products throughout the full software development lifecycle. Deep understanding of microservices design patterns and service-to-service communication protocols. Experience in building highly reliable, scalable services. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field. Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience developing cloud services and tools on Oracle Cloud, AWS, GCP, or Azure. Experience with IDEs such as Eclipse or IntelliJ. Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline. Location
