Overview
Associate Director (AD), Data Management and Analytics Lead. The Data Management and Analytics (DMA) department transforms raw data into actionable insights to empower strategic decision-making. This role is part of Biogen's centralized DMA IT organization within the EAUS IT team and focuses on delivering data management and analytics services to support Corporate functions. The AD collaborates with Functional IT Teams, Build Teams, Solution Providers, IT Quality, Project Managers, and business users to translate requirements into actionable plans, create detailed user stories, and guide development teams to produce meaningful results. This role offers opportunities to drive innovation in data management practices and contribute to Biogen’s success. This is a hybrid role based in RTP, NC or Cambridge, MA.
