Connecticut Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Centers is currently looking for a full-time Oral Surgeon to join our rapidly growing practice in Meriden, Connecticut. We are a well-established, quality-oriented group practice focused on oral surgery with multiple offices in upscale communities. We seek personable, self-motivated, and productive Oral Surgeons who share our goals of prompt, efficient, and high-standard patient care. Technology
Our modern clinic facilities use cutting-edge OS technology, including digital imaging and cone-beam CT imaging to assist in treating complex cases and achieving predictable outcomes. Insurance Plans & Rates
We are part of a larger group and can secure a high level of reimbursement for services. We work to increase insurance rates to benefit income. We also handle credentialing for new associate doctors and partner doctors. Referrals & Office Culture
Our strong statewide reputation and active involvement in the dental community provide a large referral base. We host seminars and offer continuing education. We maintain a collaborative office culture with centralized management, efficient offices, and a mentorship pathway toward partnership. We support personal and professional growth through continuing education and community involvement. Requirements
The doctor is required to hold a DDS or DMD degree and be certified in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery from ADA-accredited programs, as well as a Connecticut license. Office Provided Malpractice Insurance Paid Association Membership Dues Time Off Plan Marketing Expenses Covered Relocation Services Specialty1 Partners is the direct employer of non-clinical employees; for clinical employees, the applicable practice entity is the employer. We provide HR and payroll support for the applicable practice. Clinical staff include dental assistants and treatment-support staff; non-clinical staff include office management, front desk, and marketing teams.
