(Global) Director of Biopharma Business Development, Oncology · Lunit US Lunit is a medical AI software company focused on conquering cancer through AI. The role focuses on establishing and expanding partnerships with small to midsize Biopharma companies and driving revenue for the Lunit Oncology group. The position requires a self-driven, proactive, and passionate leader who can work cross-functionally with Translational / Precision Medicine Research, Clinical Development Services, and Diagnostic Products teams, as well as with external BioPharma partners. Responsibilities

Build relationships with R&D and commercial executives at partner organizations to identify, develop, and support additional value-creating opportunities. Source leads, map stakeholders, and outreach to surface relevant client interests and opportunities. Determine where Lunit's products/services best support clients' R&D and/or commercial objectives; negotiate with accounts to advance projects. Meet or exceed revenue goals for the product line while delivering on strategic objectives. Apply an enterprise sales approach to understand influencers, approvers, and decision makers, and influence them to act. Collaborate with Business Operations, Medical Affairs, Product Management, and other teams to ensure communication and strategic outcomes. Track progress against strategic objectives and revenue goals; review progress with the Account Team and Lunit Leadership. Contribute to Oncology portfolio development by providing feedback on client responses and maintaining a solution-minded approach. Stay informed on pharmaceutical industry trends, regulatory developments, and client priorities. Understand client scientific challenges and define approaches to solve them with AI digital pathology solutions. Travel approximately 15-40% of working time domestically and internationally to attend key conferences and meet with clients. Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Business Development and Sales in the Life Sciences/BioPharma sector. Experience in building and launching a SaaS, diagnostic, pharmaceutical, medical device, or biotech product/service. Extensive network of biopharma partners in Oncology with knowledge of AI digital pathology. Deep relationships with pharmaceutical stakeholders. Strong account management skills and ability to navigate diverse stakeholders to solve problems. Proven ability to navigate multi-faceted client organizations with success. Strategic thinker with the ability to set aggressive yet realizable strategies and tactics. Positive, energetic approach; enjoys solving difficult problems. Proactive mindset to translate ideas into executable solutions and move stakeholders to action. Entrepreneurial sales mindset; thrives in a high-growth, rapidly evolving environment. Fast learner, customer-oriented, and a strong communicator; Bachelor’s degree required. Access to high-speed internet and a quiet, designated home office space. Preferred Experiences

Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, MD). Prior knowledge of AI solutions, especially digital pathology AI. Biopharma experience with understanding of CDx development processes, real-world data, and multimodal approaches. How to Apply
