Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record managing FDOT projects valued at $30 million or more. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of FDOT specifications, project controls, scheduling, and cost management while leading teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities
Oversee all phases of FDOT roadway, bridge, or civil construction projects over $30M. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources. Ensure compliance with FDOT standards, specifications, and safety requirements. Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff. Maintain strong relationships with FDOT representatives, inspectors, and stakeholders. Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and resolve issues proactively. Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience
as a Project Manager on FDOT projects. Experience managing projects $30M+ is required. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred). Strong knowledge of FDOT specifications, Primavera P6, and construction best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
