Overview

People Experience Partner (PXP) role at JLL. The PXP is an experienced HR professional who uses business acumen, HR expertise, and local knowledge to enable business and HR priorities. PXPs work closely with business leadership and the Talent Centers of Excellence to enhance the employee experience and help our talent do their best work. Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr Responsibilities

Act as local delivery experts of JLL’s global HR strategy, ensuring that local policies and practices align with the Global HR strategy. Proactively anticipate opportunities or issues and develop innovative solutions to address root causes with sustainable outcomes. Enable an exceptional employee experience during moments that matter throughout the employee lifecycle (onboarding, performance review, promotion, etc.). Contribute to a culture of inclusion that celebrates diversity and promotes employee belonging. Lead or participate in just-in-time projects impacting business results. Manage various degrees of employee relations situations and performance management in partnership with JLL’s Employee Relations team. Provide consultation to business stakeholders through coaching, training, and advisory support. Support assigned employee groups in transition, expansion, and stabilization of new business with a focus on employee experience. Build strong, meaningful relationships with local employees and People Partners to serve as the primary on-the-ground touchpoint. Execute HR tasks by driving efficiencies in the employee lifecycle through touchpoints and handoffs to other People Solutions and Experience stakeholders. Qualifications and Experience

5+ years of Human Resources experience. Experience with Employee Relations (investigations, claims, performance management, etc.). Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (e.g., BS in human resources, business administration or related field). Experience working in a remote, matrixed, and geographically distributed organization. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as a team player. This is a hybrid role with travel to sites across southern Ontario. Skills & Competencies
