This opportunity is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced, mission-driven environments where initiative and technical expertise have immediate impact. What You Will Do

As a

Mission Manager , you will be the bridge between government stakeholders and technical teams, driving the design and deployment of AI-powered solutions for high-impact missions. You will: Lead discovery sessions and scope requirements for government customers. Partner with applied engineers and researchers to design, prototype, and deploy AI solutions. Translate mission challenges into actionable technical specifications. Travel on-site to customer environments to oversee deployments, integrations, and troubleshooting. Optimize AI model performance and ensure secure, scalable deployments. Analyze usage data, logs, and outputs to validate effectiveness and reliability. Build trusted relationships with government stakeholders and ensure mission success. Ideal Candidate Background

Strong technical foundation in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Data Science. Hands-on experience building or implementing AI/ML products, ideally involving APIs. Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript for scripting, tool-building, and debugging. Experience working in secure, high-reliability technical environments. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for diverse audiences. Ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment with evolving priorities. Preferred

Active U.S. Government security clearance (Top Secret or higher). Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.). Background from a defense, aerospace, or high-caliber AI organization. Advanced degree or military academy training. Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary:
