We have established a portfolio of injectables products across various therapeutic segments and delivery systems and are present in sterile injectables, oncology and ophthalmics with a focus on complex injectables. Role and Responsibilities

You will be responsible for supporting the generics and API businesses of Company globally, through pursuing and execution of generic products’ licensing-in/out and co-development projects, to complement Company's broad product portfolio, and other business development activities. Analyze market trends, identify and evaluate organic and inorganic growth targets, and formulate market access strategies. Work closely with the Strategy and Operations Teams to articulate the strategy for value creation through Business Development opportunities. Chart the course for the company's commercial success, aligning with the long-term vision and shareholder expectations. Work closely with R&D and Operations to ensure a product pipeline with market potential and guide development priorities based on commercial viability. Based on portfolio gaps, strengthen the portfolio in existing therapy areas and dosage formats through licensing to maximize value generation and enhance Company’s portfolio. Identify strategic deals through partnerships and M&A. Oversee all commercial functions, including sales, marketing, pricing, and market access, setting aggressive market penetration and revenue generation goals. Deal management: Drive term sheet sign-off and agreements, due diligence, and ensure adherence to guidelines to ensure compliance and appropriate terms, conditions and safeguards in the agreement. Manage existing partners and their accounts for leveraging products/dossiers, including facilitating dossier DD and supporting regulations for filing and commercial launch. Coach team members for managing alliances from deal sign-off to launch. Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and represent the company at industry events and conferences. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential partners through regular engagement, sharing information on the market, product and company developments, monthly reports, and regular face-to-face interactions to build trust and transparency and maximize value. Manage the commercial budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure optimal expenditure for maximum impact. Implement deal monitoring and review mechanisms to ensure BD activities are executed as planned. The board and leadership will agree upon the incumbent’s key result areas and planned strategic, financial, and operational outcomes within 60 days of joining. Your Experience And Qualifications

15+ years of experience in the CDMO industry, with a proven track record of success in commercial leadership roles. Deep understanding of the generic pharmaceutical landscape, specifically injectable. Strong grasp of regulatory processes, pricing strategies, and reimbursement dynamics within the healthcare system. Knowledge of clinical development and drug pipelines, both generics, API, complex products; experience of biosimilar and biopharma is a must. Expertise in commercialization strategies: understanding launch strategies, market segmentation, and effective marketing tactics for reaching healthcare professionals and patients. Familiar with USA and European pharmaceutical markets and FDA/EMA regulatory systems. Good networking with more than 10 international pharmaceutical groups worldwide (top 50); at least 5-10 successful business engagements with internationally leading pharmaceutical companies (top 50). Strong business acumen and good work ethic. English native speaker; fluent in Hindi and familiar with Indian management culture is a plus. Travel
