Corpay is currently looking to hire a Senior Director, Product – Enterprise Mastercard within our US Vehicle Payments division. This position falls under our North American Fuel line of business and is located in Atlanta, GA, or Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will lead our Enterprise Fleet Mastercard product line—setting product vision, owning the roadmap, driving cross-functional alignment, and managing a team to scale product impact. You will report directly to the VP of Product and regularly collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, customer success, and operations.
Role Responsibilities
Defining and executing the product strategy for Enterprise Fleet Mastercard, aligned with company and customer goals
Owning the roadmap for enterprise fleet card solutions—including controls, rebates, digital wallet, compliance, reporting, and partner integrations
Staying current on Mastercard Enhanced Fleet Specs, commercial card innovations, and enterprise payment trends
Serving as the voice of enterprise fleet customers, bringing operational insight into roadmap decisions
Partnering with engineering to lead delivery, including writing requirements, managing backlogs, and supporting development cycles
Collaborating cross-functionally to support GTM readiness, product positioning, training, and customer success
Ensuring seamless platform integrations with ERP systems, telematics providers, and fleet management software
Leading customer discovery and research efforts to inform strategy and roadmap evolution
Developing go-to-market strategies and partnering with sales, marketing, and account management to drive adoption
Qualifications & Skills
7–10+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years leading a product team or function
Experience in B2B payments, card issuing, fleet cards, or commercial card programs is strongly preferred
Familiarity with Mastercard Enhanced Fleet Spec, card controls, digital wallets, and transaction security
Proven ability to define strategy, manage roadmaps, write product requirements, and partner across engineering, design, and GTM
Comfort working with ERP integrations, APIs, and platform partnerships (e.g., telematics, fleet software)
Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills—from exec-level presentations to team ceremonies
Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders
Coaching and developing a small team of product managers and/or analysts
