Responsibilities
Disseminate clinical information about Lilly Oncology products and services for patients with cancer to healthcare professionals, including medical oncologists, oncology nurses, office managers, reimbursement managers, and pharmacists. Develop a strong understanding of the territory and reimbursement landscape; analyze and adapt to business needs using appropriate business insights tools. Navigate the healthcare environment to understand accounts, influence key stakeholders, and establish yourself as a trusted partner. Engage in patient-centered dialogue with customers while promoting the entire product portfolio. Plan for and engage in selling activities that address complex reimbursement environments and account-based selling needs. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to create a coordinated and positive customer experience. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree. Professional certification or license required to perform this position if required by a specific state. Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis (no work sponsorship by Lilly). Three or more years of sales experience (pharmaceutical or non-pharmaceutical) after completing an undergraduate degree; additional graduate degrees welcomed. Strong account-based selling experience and ability to navigate complex integrated health systems. Experience selling injectable/infusion medications in a complex reimbursement environment is preferred. Excellent learning agility, self-motivation, teamwork, emotional intelligence, and influential skills. Additional Skills/Preferences
Experience engaging with multiple cross-functional partners; ability to identify and engage staff in accounts. Ability to build strong relationships with physicians, office staff, and other healthcare professionals; willingness to travel within the territory as needed. Residence within 30 miles of the territory boundary. Experience with account-based selling and navigating healthcare systems. Compensation and Benefits
Base pay range: $101,250.00/yr - $180,400.00/yr. Full-time employees are eligible for a company bonus (dependent on company and individual performance).
