Geotab is seeking a Senior Revenue Generation Contract Administrator to support the full lifecycle management of our most complex North America contracts. If you love technology and want to join an industry leader, we would love to hear from you. What you’ll do
As a Senior Revenue Generation Contract Administrator, you will perform contract administration tasks, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain contract documentation, and facilitate communication among customers, contracting officers and other stakeholders. You will lead communication with senior stakeholders and provide expert guidance to drive favorable outcomes. You will work under the supervision of the Manager, Revenue Generation Contract Administration and contribute to efficient contract administration and management processes. How you’ll make an impact
Administration and management of complex revenue generation contracts and subcontracts, ensuring accurate documentation and process tracking. Serve as internal subject matter expert for North America contracts and contracting programs; provide training as needed. Primary administrator for the GSA Advantage catalog and processing of GSA MAS modifications. Initiate contract change requests with customers and third parties; act as liaison for reviews. Forecasting and run-rate information for large revenue customers to monitor contract values and address potential shortfalls. Oversee and audit contract files; provide guidance to correct issues and ensure compliance. Mentor contract administrators and assist with complex tasks, modifications, and escalations. Independently draft and administer intricate contracts, identify and mitigate risks and non-compliance issues with substantial autonomy. Identify inefficiencies in contract administration processes and recommend improvements; mentor junior team members. What you’ll bring to the role
5-8 years of experience with US Government Contracting, preferably GSA Schedule, GSA Advantage catalog and GSA Schedule Task Order administrations. 3 years of US residency required. Ability to pass a comprehensive background check. Extensive knowledge of FAR requirements and controls. Ability to read, interpret, and understand commercial and government contracts. Understanding of US Government procurement procedures and general commercial contract generation procedures. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills. Systems experience preferred with Google Workspace, Jira and Salesforce. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to make well-judged decisions. Strategic mindset with the ability to adapt to changing landscapes; able to work with a matrixed team. Team player with ability to engage with all levels of the organization. Ensures compliance with contractual terms and federal/state/local contracting regulations (e.g., FAR, DFARS). Supports execution and maintenance of internal policies and procedures related to contract administration. Assists in tracking KPIs for contract performance and compliance; prepares reports as requested. Maintains product compliance documentation for Geotab and 3rd party products. Facilitates communication between internal teams, subcontractors, and government agencies under the Manager’s direction. Coordinates with legal, business affairs and development teams on contract-related issues and resolutions. Manages subcontractor agreements and aligns with prime contract requirements; tracks subcontractor deliverables and compliance.
