Client Development

Build and nurture client relationships, with a focus on payer organizations. Develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and leveraging your professional network. Lead the sales cycle, from identifying client needs to delivering proposals and closing deals. Drive brand awareness by actively participating in industry events and local business organizations. Partner with Business Development and Marketing teams to execute impactful campaigns. Practice Leadership

Collaborate with leadership to grow the healthcare practice in alignment with local and national goals. Develop and refine methodologies, best practices, and go-to-market strategies, with a focus on leveraging advanced data platforms and tools. Mentor and grow consulting teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Participate in recruiting efforts to attract top talent. Client Delivery

Lead engagements, serving as the trusted advisor to C-level executives and other key stakeholders. Deliver meaningful thought leadership and innovative solutions to address client challenges. Oversee project teams to ensure quality, timeliness, and budget adherence. Serve as the escalation point for critical client issues, providing actionable recommendations. Provide expertise in data strategy and analytics, leveraging tools like Databricks, Snowflake, and other cloud-based platforms to enable actionable insights and operational improvements. What You Bring

Experience: 10+ years in professional services consulting, with a strong focus on payer operations. Proven Leadership: Success in leading consulting engagements and managing client relationships at the executive level. Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of payer organizations. Proven ability to define and implement data strategies, leveraging disparate data sources to drive operational improvements. Hands-on experience with data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or similar tools to enable advanced analytics, automation, and decision-making support. Familiarity with deploying AI/automation to optimize workflows and enhance decision-making. Business Development: A track record of generating revenue, developing key accounts, and leveraging a professional network to drive growth. Must bring proven success achieving in-market revenue expectations. Project Management: Expertise in strategic planning, issue and risk management, and change management. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, with the ability to present confidently to C-level executives. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Employment Details

Managing Directors at West Monroe are expected to be in-person three days a week. This can include being present at client sites, in the market, or in-office for internal collaboration. There is flexibility and an understanding that schedules ebb and flow, but a core belief is that when we are together with our people and our clients, we build stronger relationships and are better equipped to sell and deliver value. Salary and benefits: a competitive total rewards package, including bonus structure and benefits. Salaries vary based on geography, experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
