Gilead's mission is to discover, develop and deliver therapies that will improve the lives of patients with life-threatening illnesses worldwide We are currently recruiting for an **Associate Director**, **Commercial Analytics, Integrated Insights HIV.** In this role, the ideal candidate will: Management of projects, tasks, and activities of one or more direct reports (up to 1 - 2) **Basic Qualifications:** Bachelor's Degree and Ten Years’ ExperienceMaster's Degree and Eight Years’ ExperiencePhD and Two Years’ Experience **Preferred Qualifications:** Advanced analytics and people management skills 10 years of experience managing projects, initiatives, and people Oncology pharma experience is highly desirableDemonstrated ability to collate insights from a variety of sources and develop strategic guidance for brand teams that result in a business decision or actionThrough business and marketing acumen and excellent communication and interpersonal skills; consultative background preferredDemonstrated communication and teamwork skills; ability to gain consensus and act within a matrix team environment; Ability to work in a collaborative and influencing fashion that drives business action Proficiency in secondary data analysis with intimate knowledge of a variety of industry secondary data sources (e.g., IQVIA, SHA)Strong working knowledge of relevant software systems (e.g. MS Excel, Access, MS Word & PowerPoint, etc.) is required #J-18808-Ljbffr
