JOB DESCRIPTION The Global Protective Intelligence Specialist will be responsible for monitoring source information to proactively identify and assess risks and threats to ADP Associates and interests. This typically includes conducting research, analyzing data, developing threat assessments, and disseminating intelligence to support various investigations, events and executive protection functions. This position demands strong written and oral communication skills to support the GSO CSS mission. The Specialist will synthesize intelligence from multiple sources into clear, actionable risk assessments to support the Executive Protection Team, ADP Events Team and GSO Investigations domestically and overseas. The Specialist will conduct open-source investigations (OSINT), internal and external persistent threat monitoring, social media sentiment analysis and database driven intelligence gathering. This is a full-time position. Work is usually conducted Monday through Friday during daytime hours, but after-hours work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, may be required. Learn more about ADP at tech.adp.com/careers RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze and monitor travel risks, event security, and executive protection matters to ensure the safety of personnel and operations, including research of international locations, crime trends, political stability, and travel safety at hotels, venues, and transportation options. Communicate effectively with GSO CSS team members and Executive Protection Agents and other stakeholders to identify, investigate, analyze, and manage online threats to executive staff, employees, and facilities. Conduct research through OSINT, social media, and internal databases to support protective intelligence efforts and to identify fraud and mitigate risk. Use advanced tools to monitor, mitigate risks, and lead the evaluation and improvement of open-source collection methods. Provide concise, timely reports, briefings, and actionable recommendations for risk mitigation and threat assessments tailored to stakeholder needs. Research emerging threats and assess their impact on personnel and assets while proactively identifying and evaluating international security risks, including political movements, terrorism, espionage, public health, and infrastructure challenges. Lead information collection efforts on crisis situations and emerging threats and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders. Conduct due diligence inquires related to vendors, suppliers and event venues. Display superior research methodology using open-source intelligence, proprietary databases and social media platforms to deliver clear and professional findings on potential threats. Build and maintain intelligence-sharing networks within the organization and with external stakeholders. Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners. Part of a 24/7 team able to work assigned shifts on days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, and others in a courteous and professional manner Conduct complex analysis of suspected criminal activities; developing target packets/profiles; and utilizing systems to perform intelligence research and criminal analysis. Plan analytical approaches and determining necessary research and resources needed. Conducting independent research of certain corporate policy misconduct matters. To Succeed in This Role: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 10-15 years of similar experience providing intelligence, fraud or risk analysis in a financial or sales environment. Applicants must have ability to work in fast-paced environment, apply analytical techniques and critical thinking skills, have excellent oral and written communications, and willingness to learn and navigate multiple system applications. Proven ability to be an outstanding colleague in a collaborative setting with a strong initiative to improve processes and procedures. Comfortable with changing requirements and priorities; ability to adapt quickly. Experience working with the identification of fraud and social media threats. Proven availability to exercise flexibility, multi-task and meet deadlines. Competence using open-source and/or social media tools. Working knowledge of the cyber threat landscape, including AI-related risks, phishing scams, and social engineering techniques. Experience leveraging technological resources for research and analysis. Possess excellent writing and oral communication skills. Experience working with highly confidential information. Ability to work effectively with diverse partners. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Secondary language skills are a plus. Experience conducting due diligence investigations, fraud investigations, threat analysis. CFE, CAMS or CTM certifications are a plus. Familiarity with corporate environments, particularly ADP processes and related platforms and software. Experience managing online risk exposure.
