What You'll Do
You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Ensure store success through effective leadership and operations management.
Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for role responsibilities.

Desired Skills & Experience
High school diploma required
Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
Food Safety: Serve Safe certified
ADA Statement While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam table and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods of time. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use kitchen equipment, and work quickly without losing accuracy. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and reach across countertops. Kitchens are hot and noise levels can be high. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have effective verbal communication, adapt to changing priorities, and manage conflicts/difficult situations.
