Evaluate and manage third-party vendors supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and related systems. Systems Architecture & Operations
Lead the design, deployment, and support of enterprise systems and tools (e.g., ERP, CRM, file storage, collaboration platforms). Champion modernization, automation, and innovation to continuously improve reliability, efficiency, and user experience. Ensure robust monitoring, rapid incident response, and resilient support models across all critical systems. Security & Compliance Partnership
Partner closely with the CISO to align infrastructure and vendor arrangements with security and compliance needs. Communicate openly and consistently—ensuring transparency of goals, decisions, and progress across the team and organization. Create a culture of energy, trust, and accountability where people are motivated to deliver their best work. Set clear priorities, KPIs, and performance expectations that connect directly to business outcomes. Strategic Technology Planning
Serve as a visible and trusted advisor to executive leadership on infrastructure priorities, investments, and emerging technologies. Translate business goals into bold yet achievable technical strategies that drive growth, resilience, and innovation. Anticipate industry trends and position the company to benefit from new technologies and practices. Qualifications
