This role supports the fast paced strategic growth of Home Chef's e-commerce business, with a key focus on supporting growth via new customer acquisition. The Senior Associate, Brand Marketing works closely with the Brand Director and other cross-functional teams internally at Home Chef to bring the brand to life across media channels in a way that drives growth. This includes assisting in the execution of multi-channel (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Direct Mail, Affiliate, Influencer, TikTok, Email) creative requests, including timeline development and communicating with key stakeholders to see projects through to completion. Additionally, this role researches and builds creative strategies for new channels, leads cross-functional campaigns, populates reports and leverages customer feedback to improve acquisition efforts.

Responsibilities

Manage paid creative development for Kits business, including brief development, approvals and communicating with key stakeholders. Projects include managing internal, vendor and partner deliverables across channels. Work closely with the cross-functional team to see projects through to completion.

Bring marketing strategy to life by managing key execution details for the Kits team, including ownership of brand calendar, copy deliverables and merchandising.

Lead competitive and trends reviews, developing insights and applying learnings for the team. Serve as a key strategic partner for the full Kits team.

Qualifications

Completion of a four-year degree program in a related field; Marketing is ideal.

2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment (digital marketing, brand management, CPG, manufacturing, data analytics, consulting, finance, etc.).

Strong Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.

Professional communication and relationship-building skills.

Previous marketing and project management experience preferred.

Independent self-starter, driven to find solutions with minimal oversight.

Intellectually curious and results-driven.
