About the Role AirDoctor, a pioneer in air purification technology, seeks a data-driven, strategic, and results-oriented Vice President of DTC Brand Marketing to lead and optimize omni-channel marketing efforts. This executive role accelerates growth, maximizes customer lifetime value, and strengthens brand equity for AirDoctor and Ideal Living’s emerging wellness-tech brands. As VP of DTC Brand Marketing, you will own the development and execution of marketing strategies across performance, lifecycle, brand, and e-commerce channels. You’ll lead cross-functional teams and partner with external agencies to deliver campaigns, drive experimentation, and refine the marketing mix to improve efficiency and profitability. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Brand Development

— Act as a core strategic contributor in shaping the product and go-to-market roadmap for AirDoctor and other emerging wellness tech brands. Lead brand strategy and execution for AirDoctor ensuring alignment with company vision and business goals. Champion a unified, premium brand experience across all consumer touchpoints, including DTC, Amazon, retail, and third-party marketplaces. Partner with digital agencies and internal teams to scale brand storytelling, demand generation, and customer engagement initiatives.

Omni-Channel Marketing Strategy

— Build and execute an integrated DTC marketing strategy spanning paid media, affiliate, influencer, TV, Amazon, email, publisher, and social platforms. Translate business objectives into scalable, data-backed campaign plans that drive acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Collaborate cross-functionally to elevate product messaging, content, and positioning rooted in consumer insights and product innovation.

A/B Testing & Optimization

— Develop and scale a rigorous experimentation framework across all marketing channels and assets, including landing pages, emails, ad copy, and funnels. Promote a culture of test-and-learn with clear KPIs and sound methodologies. Leverage analytics tools and dashboards to track, interpret, and act on results in real time. Partner with product, UX, and analytics teams to implement findings and scale winning variations. Conduct competitive analysis to identify AirDoctor’s unique selling propositions and market positioning opportunities. Prepare regular competitive intelligence reports for executive leadership with insights and recommended actions.

Revenue & Profitability Ownership

— Own the P&L for AirDoctor DTC channels, driving margin expansion and sustained growth. Collaborate with Finance and Channel Leaders to develop annual revenue, profit, and customer acquisition targets. Drive growth through full-funnel performance marketing, CRM/lifecycle, and loyalty strategies designed to increase LTV and retention.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

— Inspire, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of marketers and brand managers. Ensure alignment between marketing, product, sales, and executive leadership. Act as a thought leader and partner to senior leadership, bringing forward insights, innovations, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in DTC and omnichannel environments.

Deep experience in performance marketing, brand management, lifecycle, and digital experimentation.

Proven success leading A/B testing programs and applying insights to drive measurable impact.

Strong analytical capabilities with fluency in data tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, etc.).

Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Experience owning and managing large budgets and delivering against aggressive growth goals.

Strategic vision with hands-on executional capability.
