Minimum qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory experience or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree. 4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders. 2 years of people management experience.
Preferred qualifications
MBA or Master''s degree. 2 years of experience generating insights from analysis on large data sets to drive business decisions. 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment for a complex organization. Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across organizational boundaries. Structured problem solving skills, combined with strong business acumen. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to take complex, ambiguous topics and turn them into compelling narratives for different audiences.

Responsibilities
Lead efforts on sophisticated business analyses and advanced modeling and translate data into actionable insights. Organize and facilitate core business planning, operating cadences, and leadership engagement to achieve organizational outcomes. Determine comprehensive sales, product or business strategies that solve complex business challenges and address the needs of customers and stakeholders across various functions to drive incremental growth. Lead comprehensive research and analysis on market trends, customer behaviors and competitive positions to identify opportunities to scale operations and drive maximum value for the business. Deliver polished presentations with data-driven insights and a strategic narrative to influence executives to adopt recommended strategies. Determine actionable plans and roadmaps, align cross-functional stakeholders and lead successful implementation of large and complex change initiatives.
