Strategy and Operations Analyst, Search and Gemini Partnerships

Minimum qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications
Experience in a business operations role in the tech industry.
Experience leading strategy work on ambiguous business problems, collaborating with wide sets of stakeholders in an organization.
Experience and genuine interest in working with large datasets, identifying patterns and key insights, and troubleshooting data integrity issues.
Experience managing and enhancing business tools with a wide user base.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
Own critical business operations/processes for the Search and Gemini Partnership organizations.
Produce business-critical insights (investigative and strategic) that help improve operating effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of metrics, reporting, and operating objectives across teams, regions, and products.
Own and improve technical infrastructure and systems critical to Partnerships business (e.g., resource allocation, activity mapping, dashboards).
Own and manage key operational processes for the Search and Gemini Partnership team, including the OKR cycle and the agreement pipeline management tool, ensuring data integrity, troubleshooting, and change management. Provide financial oversight by developing and maintaining a clear picture of the operating expense (opex) budget, actual spend, and forecasts, while collaborating on the annual opex planning process.

Salary information The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$170,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay within the range is based on location and other factors, including job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Specific salary details for your preferred location will be provided by your recruiter. Compensation details listed reflect the base salary and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
