Overview

RSP Group are working closely with a global leader in the construction and development industry, generating over

$12bn+ in revenue . With a

strong $8bn+ regional presence

and a huge project backlog, they are highly selective about the work they pursue. The Dallas office is home to over

200 administrative staff and 300 craft professionals , playing a central role in the company’s long-term growth strategy. The Opportunity

This is a rare chance to join one of the most respected names in the industry at a

senior leadership level . My client is seeking a

proven Business Development executive

to lead strategic work acquisition efforts in Dallas. Unlike traditional BD roles, this is not about chasing immediate wins. Instead, you will shape and secure the

2027–2029+ pipeline , focusing on high-value opportunities across

Healthcare, Life Sciences, Commercial, and Advanced Technology . You will be part of the local leadership team to influence internal leaders who are not naturally BD-focused, while also building and deepening client relationships at the highest level. Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute the Dallas office’s

long-term business development strategy , with a focus on 2027 onwards. Identify, develop, and convert relationships into

strategic partnerships and major project wins . Act as a trusted advisor to clients in

Healthcare, Life Sciences, Commercial, and Advanced Tech

markets. Influence and challenge internal leadership teams to ensure BD is a cultural and strategic priority. Represent the Dallas office externally with authority, credibility, and professionalism. Partner with regional and national executives to align local strategy with broader business goals. Candidate Profile

A

senior-level BD leader

with proven experience winning major, complex projects. Strong

local Dallas/Fort Worth relationships

with owners, developers, or other key market stakeholders. Background in a

General Contractor, real estate developer, or owner organization

strongly preferred. More than a “collector of business cards”, a

strategic relationship builder

with a track record of converting networks into

sustainable revenue streams . Experience in

Healthcare, Life Sciences, Commercial, or Advanced Tech . Executive-level presence, able to operate comfortably in

boardrooms and C-suites . Forward-looking mindset with the ability to

shape multi-year growth strategies . Why Join

Step into a company that is already a

market leader , with the scale, backlog, and reputation to be highly selective. Influence the

future of the Dallas office

at a pivotal stage of its growth. Focus on

strategic, relationship-driven business development

rather than short-term sales pressure. Join a leadership culture that values

credibility, impact, and long-term client partnerships . Seniority level
