Responsibilities
Support Exclaimer’s commercial teams with pre- and post-sales queries, providing up-to-date technical knowledge of how our products are built and operate.
Help the sales team increase sales performance and productivity while reducing buying friction with customers.
Work with sales to ensure our solution accurately addresses customer needs.
Support the advancement of revenue opportunities across our portfolio of solutions, for both existing and new customers.
Model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity.
Maintain high technical knowledge of Exclaimer’s products and communicate this to the sales teams.
Talk with customers and engineers to assess implementation needs and determine system requirements.
Build and present custom demos of Exclaimer’s products and provide technical RFP responses.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers.
Collaborate with the commercial team to identify and pursue revenue opportunities across the portfolio.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Proven experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Pre-Sales Consultant role within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
Technical understanding of SaaS products, system integrations, and cloud technologies (e.g. Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Active Directory, Exchange).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience supporting sales teams in complex sales cycles, including building business cases, responding to RFPs, and running trials/POCs.
Experience designing and delivering tailored product demonstrations and technical workshops to customers and prospects.
Problem-solving and consultative skills to assess customer requirements and align them with product capabilities.
Commercial awareness with the ability to balance technical feasibility with business impact, influencing customer decisions and internal product roadmaps.
