Overview
Our client is seeking an HRIS Analyst to join their team and play a pivotal role in driving payroll, reporting, and benefits processes that support their global workforce. Responsibilities
Payroll Operations, Human Capital Reporting and Benefits Administration Maintain and track payroll activities while managing team communications Update and reconcile employee records in Workday and CloudPay systems Ensure accuracy of payroll results on each pay cycle and monthly basis Support the preparation of annual payroll and benefits documentation Produce and distribute monthly HR reporting packages Audit HR data to ensure integrity and consistency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting and insights Support compensation and rewards benchmarking efforts Build, edit, and run reports in Workday to drive informed HR decisions Reconcile benefit and insurance invoices Support audits related to payroll and benefits Assist with insurance renewals and open enrollment processes Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 2–5 years of experience in HR operations, ideally in financial services Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Experience with Workday or CloudPay is a strong plus International HR or payroll experience is a plus A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive mindset Seniority level
