The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will manage customer loyalty and adoption of Saviynt’s products and services using our customers’ business objectives as the foundation of the work. The CSM will drive value-based outcomes by providing customer categorization, oversight, adoption recommendations, opportunities for increased service, and metrics analysis. The CSM will perform health checks and coordinate remediation to ensure customers stay on track toward their goals, with the aim of greater customer happiness, retention, and expansion. Although this position is remote, we prefer candidates who are geographically aligned with our customers in the region. What you will be doing Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after implementation Manage the subscription renewal pipeline and monitor customer health to proactively remove barriers to adoption and value Collaborate with Sales to provide a strong customer-focused sales, orientation, and launch engagement process Develop deep, trusting relationships with customer personnel to seek and develop up-sell / cross-sell opportunities Coordinate meetings between customers and Saviynt cross-functional teams to solve problems and advance adoption; ensure post-meeting follow-ups and action items Monitor product utilization trends and provide feedback to cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement Communicate with implementation partners to improve outcomes and relationships in the context of customer adoption Plan education for customers on new features and releases Act as the voice of the customer to drive continuous improvement across product and services What you bring Knowledge and experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM); cybersecurity and/or compliance background is valuable Strong knowledge of cloud, hybrid, and on-premise IT architectures and deployment models Ability to translate technical concepts into business language and map business needs to potential technical solutions Extensive experience in customer success/account management for complex software implementations with Fortune 500 / Global 1000 companies Tenacious desire to see customers succeed Previous experience in a SaaS customer success role Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships and resolve challenges positively Hands-on contributor with detail-oriented, outcome-focused mindset Experience in process improvement, decision-making, planning, analysis, and service excellence Available to travel to customer sites as needed (up to 50%) Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance 401K Unlimited PTO Sick Time Holiday Parties Daily Catered Lunches Employee Recognition Programs EEO and location note
