Foundry is Mastercard’s innovation arm - an embedded, interdisciplinary function spanning the enterprise - responsible for Mastercard’s innovation agenda. Role

Drive GTM strategy, commercialization and program management for “Big Bets” initiatives across Core and Services

Regional enablement focused on driving launch and scale of big bet in market, including building and/or de-conflicting existing GTM roadmaps

Refine commercial opportunity, in collaboration with market/regional teams

Collaborate with pricing team to establish pricing structure

Influence and align with Market and Sales teams (e.g., CAMs, SBLs) and Product teams across Services and Core Payments

Partner and align with key groups across Mastercard (e.g., Technology, Operations, Legal) to develop solutions and gain buy-in for key decisions

Drive contracting and billing simplification with appropriate teams at Mastercard, leveraging existing capabilities where possible

Program management across workstreams to enable overall initiative success

Directly manage, develop and empower Product Managers, and continue to attract high quality talent

All About You

Experience in various elements of the new product development process - product strategy, branding, sales enablement, market positioning, alliances, operations, and performance

Partnership development or product sales experience – ability to articulate product vision to ecosystem partners, generate interest, and project manage the partnership to completion (including driving commercial agreements)

Experience leading and managing teams, including developing junior team members

Deep Payments, financial services, technology, or corporate innovation experience (e.g., fintechs, issuers, acquirers, processors, digital wallets, super apps, tech platforms)

Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to drive compelling narratives / storylines, and business cases – driving clear consensus on product value propositions

Demonstrated success in influencing and developing senior stakeholder relationships

Organized and able to manage multiple inter-dependent workstreams

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
