This Medical Assistant (MA) position will work 1:1 with a busy, established provider. Opportunity to use a variety of MA skills with a diverse patient population. Care team approach to lifelong patient partnerships. What Will You Do

Perform primary MA duties plus phlebotomy, immunizations, EKGs, and prep injections. Set up and assist with minor procedures, complete point-of-care tests, and manage tasks in the task inbox. Experience desired in family medicine, pediatrics, OB/GYN, internal medicine, or urgent care; strong immunizations and phlebotomy skills; Epic experience is a plus. Demonstrate self-initiative, effective communication, and a willingness to support all clinic areas. Work Schedule

40 hours per week, 4 - 10 hour shifts, Monday–Thursday, roughly 7:00am–4:30pm. Start/end times vary based on clinic needs. Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent at hire. MA certification within 90 days of hire from approved agencies: CMA, RMA, CCMA, NCMA, NRCMA, CMAC, NPCE MA. New Graduates: MA certificate of completion; completion of 100-hour externship or 6 months MA experience in lieu of externship hours if MA certified. Experience: 1 year MA experience or current MA certification or renewal within 90 days from hire from approved agencies. Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (AHA, ARC, or Military) required at hire.
