Overview

Our client, a private equity–backed specialty manufacturing company with revenues of $75M, is poised for its next phase of growth and operational transformation following a recent acquisition. The company seeks a proven executive to lead the organization through scaling initiatives, margin expansion, and strategic growth opportunities. Position Overview

The CEO will serve as the senior-most leader of the company, reporting directly to the private equity sponsor. This executive will be responsible for setting the strategic vision, driving operational performance, and building a strong leadership team that can execute on both growth and value creation objectives. The role requires a leader who is equally comfortable engaging at the board level and rolling up their sleeves to drive day-to-day performance. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth

– Develop and implement strategies to expand market share, diversify product lines, and penetrate new channels. Operational Leadership

– Ensure efficient, scalable operations across production, supply chain, and distribution. Team Development

– Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and performance excellence. Financial Management

– Oversee full P&L, cash flow, and capital expenditure planning to deliver strong returns. M&A & Integration

– Identify acquisition targets, lead due diligence, and oversee seamless integration into the platform. Customer & Market Focus

– Deepen relationships with key accounts and ensure the business delivers on customer expectations and industry standards. Board & Investor Relations

– Serve as the primary liaison with the private equity sponsor and Board of Directors. Qualifications

Proven success as a CEO, President, or divisional GM in manufacturing or industrial sectors. Experience leading businesses of $50M–$150M+ in revenue, ideally in PE-backed environments. Demonstrated ability to scale operations, expand EBITDA, and execute acquisition strategies. Strong operational and financial acumen, with hands-on leadership in P&L oversight. Track record of building and motivating high-performing teams. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Compensation
