Product Manager for GenAI at GE Vernova plays a crucial role in the development and execution of GenAI-powered products that transform business processes. This role supports our mission of AI-driven innovation and enhancing user experiences across the enterprise. The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams within GE Vernova and with the GenAI Portfolio Manager to identify, prioritize, and build GenAI products. These products focus on delivering improvements and value through the Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) framework, measuring the impact of GenAI initiatives. The Product Manager also facilitates cross-business coordination, leveraging GenAI applications to drive operational improvements and foster innovation across Vernova.

Our researchers collaborate with GE Vernova’s businesses, the U.S. government, and hundreds of partners to execute energy-focused projects and drive innovation for affordable, reliable, sustainable, and secure energy. Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership and Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, engineering, and research) to develop and execute product roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives. Roadmap input: Provide input, alongside the Portfolio Manager, to build product roadmaps. Technical Collaboration: Work with data scientists, IT, and designers to develop robust AI solutions, maintain technical rigor, and identify risks and verification methods. User Experience: Deliver exceptional user experiences by understanding and addressing user needs in AI applications. Cross-Business Coordination: Support coordination of GenAI applications to drive improvements and innovations across Vernova. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data analytics to measure product performance; define and monitor metrics and KPIs to ensure success and impact of AI initiatives. Post-Launch Support: Monitor product performance post-launch, gather user feedback, and iterate on features to enhance value delivery. 3rd party solutions: Oversee GenAI products from external suppliers and determine best technology fit. Position Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; 10-15 years of relevant experience. Experience with GE/GE Vernova highly preferred. Business Acumen: Ability to integrate business strategy with technical initiatives. Leadership: Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and projects. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and occasionally C-Suite executives. Experience building and deploying AI applications. Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical skills to identify and solve risks and challenges. Technical Proficiency and Data-Driven Mindset. Must be 18 years or older. The salary range for this position is $152,000 - $254,000 USD annually. This position is eligible for a performance bonus and remains posted until at least July 18, 2025.
