Overview

Program Manager, Latin America Leadership Program | McDonough School of Business – Georgetown University. The PM is essential to the planning, management, and implementation of all three annual LALP flagship academic programs: Global Competitiveness Leadership (GCL) in Spring, Innovation and Leadership in Government (ILG) in Fall, and Global Business Executive Leadership (GBEL) in Summer. The PM manages the full lifecycle from application management and participant selection to logistical planning, coordination with faculty and speakers, implementation, and post-program reporting. The PM serves as the primary point of contact for program participants, program faculty, and internal and external stakeholders, and supports alumni engagement and strategic outreach across the region. Responsibilities

Lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of the full cycle of LALP flagship programs (GCL, ILG, GBEL), including managing applications, admissions, curriculum confirmations, and participant and faculty communications. Collaborate with faculty, guest speakers, and partners to develop and finalize program curricula and materials. Organize and facilitate virtual and on-campus program sessions, coordinating with the Office of Executive Education and other internal units as needed. Create and maintain flagship program websites, schedules, and materials, and ensure timely updates and communications to participants, faculty, and internal/external stakeholders. Support alumni engagement, LALP public events, and custom programs as needed. Work Interactions

The PM reports to the LALP Executive Director and works closely with the Senior Associate Director and program/communications team. The PM collaborates with the Office of Executive Education, McDonough School of Business, Georgetown University centers, vendors, speakers, mentors, alumni, and supporters to manage LALP programs and related outreach and events. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish At least one year of professional experience, preferably in management of higher education or academic/cultural programs or student affairs Highly organized, multi-tasking, detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple program tasks and deadlines Ability to work independently under pressure and anticipate necessary actions Desire to serve diverse cohorts, work in a team, and resolve conflicts among varied stakeholders Tech savvy; proficient in MS Office and Google products Preferred Qualifications (if Applicable)

Experience or living experience in Latin America, the Caribbean, Spain, or Portugal Knowledge of Portuguese Familiar with SM Apply, Canva, Google Suite, Box, WorkDay, and Qualtrics Work Mode

Hybrid (3 days on campus, 2 days telework). May require 5 days on campus during in-person program implementation and events. Some travel to program locations may be required. Georgetown reviews work mode designations periodically. Pay Range
