The Pharmacy Success Specialist plays a key role in supporting veterinary hospitals with the implementation and optimization of their home delivery platforms. This position involves providing comprehensive training, troubleshooting technical and operational issues, and ensuring seamless integration with pharmacy partners.

ROLE-SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist veterinary hospitals in implementing and managing their home delivery platforms
Provide training – via video call or in person – to hospital teams, emphasizing best practices and efficient utilization of their home delivery platform
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues in collaboration with pharmacy partners
Offer ongoing support to field and hospital teams to enhance workflow efficiency and client experience
Identify opportunities continued optimization of Mission Pet Health’s home delivery services
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years of relevant work experience
Demonstrated self-starter
High level of technical literacy
Experience with veterinary Home Delivery platforms is highly preferred
RVT/CVT/LVT credentials and/or other veterinary hospital experience strongly preferred
