You’ll need to have
DDS/DMD degree, active and unrestricted license in state of Indiana
Clinical knowledge to practice comprehensive dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment of oral health issues
Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients
Ability to become credentialed with dental insurance plans
The position will have access to minimum PHI necessary for performing job-related functions; regular HIPAA training is required; and the individual will need to protect PHI and maintain data safeguards.
Physical Requirements
Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation.
Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds
Occasional virtual or in-person training sessions throughout the year
TB test required for all new hires in dental office positions (not applicable in FL & TN)
