This role offers clinical autonomy with support from Heartland Dental, the nation’s largest Dental Support Organization. Heartland Dental provides supported doctors with a leading network and resources to deliver high-quality dental care in their communities. Responsibilities
Collaborate with a high-performing team to deliver exceptional patient care and maintain a supportive, communicative work culture. Utilize cutting-edge technology to provide advanced and efficient care, including an iTero Scanner, WaveOne Gold, and VideaHealth AI. Deliver comprehensive dentistry with clinical autonomy while leveraging Heartland Dental’s resources and mentorship network. Compensation & Benefits

DDS/DMD degree, active and unrestricted Indiana license Clinical knowledge to practice comprehensive dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment planning Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills Ability to credential with dental insurance plans Access to minimum PHI necessary for job functions; will require HIPAA training and PHI/data safeguards Physical Requirements
