We are seeking an accomplished
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
with extensive global finance leadership experience in the
manufacturing sector . The ideal candidate will hold a
CPA designation , bring proven expertise in driving operational excellence, and have strong hands-on knowledge of
Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems . This role will provide strategic financial leadership across international operations, ensuring sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and compliance with global accounting standards. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership Partner with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute long-term growth strategies across global manufacturing operations. Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes to align with corporate objectives. Provide insights on capital structure, funding strategies, and global expansion opportunities. Financial Operations & Controls Oversee global accounting, treasury, tax, and audit functions, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and regional regulations. Drive process improvements and financial automation initiatives using
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
(or Dynamics AX). Ensure robust internal controls, risk management frameworks, and SOX compliance. Manufacturing & Operational Finance Partner with supply chain, operations, and plant leadership to optimize cost structures, working capital, and inventory management. Implement financial best practices in pricing, cost accounting, and margin analysis across multiple manufacturing facilities. Support lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement programs with financial insights. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global finance organization. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the finance team. Qualifications 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including
global manufacturing environments . Proven track record as a CFO or senior finance executive within multinational manufacturing companies. Deep knowledge of
Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems
(Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics AX). Strong technical expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, and global tax structures. Experience with M&A, international joint ventures, and global treasury management. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Attributes Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving ability. Experience working with private equity or publicly traded companies. Familiarity with supply chain finance, international trade, and multi-currency environments. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.
