Kforce has a client that is seeking a VP of Finance in Tampa, FL. Duties include: Lead and manage the finance and accounting functions for the organization, with a focus on accuracy, transparency, and compliance Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards, ensuring analysis of multiple revenue streams Oversee daily financial transactions and internal controls to maintain financial integrity Manage reconciliation processes and period-end closings Lead the annual budgeting process and conduct ongoing financial performance reviews Direct accounting functions including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) Manage loan draw processes and funding activities Oversee and support administrative and financial systems, including R365, Excel, Zoho, Jolt, and Power BI Maintain and manage product configuration and system functionality Ensure alignment with executive leadership, including regular engagement with the COO for workload reviews, strategic planning, and performance assessments Qualifications

Prior experience in the hospitality industry is required Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a small team Strong analytical skills and experience building financial reports Proficient in financial and operational platforms: R365, Excel, Zoho, Jolt, and Power BI Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and adapt to evolving priorities Comfortable in a role split approximately 60% finance, 40% accounting The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
