As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will help shape impactful digital health solutions, improving experiences for users with chronic skin conditions. You’ll work in a collaborative, agile environment, influencing both mobile and web applications while experimenting with new technologies and workflows. Contribute to the development and improvement of the Mobile App using iOS and Android mobile app technologies (react-native, redux, expo, react-navigation). Contribute to the development and improvement of the Care Portal, a web app (material-ui, express, redux, react, sass). Contribute to the development and optimization of the enrollment funnel. Handle production deployments (for domestic resources). Provide additional development capacity and help reduce single points of failure (for near-shore consultants). MUST HAVES
4+ years of professional experience with
React-Native, MongoDB
(NoSQL experience),
Node.js , and
AWS
(Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, WAF, ALB, ECS, ECR, CodeBuild, CodePipeline). Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Autonomy and senior-level experience: ability to solve complex problems independently. A passion for delightful user experiences. A deep sense of quality and attention to detail. Strong software engineering foundation and experience. Upper-Intermediate English level. NICE TO HAVES
Experience working with TypeScript. Familiarity with Bluetooth integration. Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tooling. Experience leveraging AI for faster development. Experience integrating external APIs (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot). Focus on writing clean, modern, maintainable, and high-performing code. Proactive troubleshooting and self-starter attitude.
