As a
Senior Fullstack Engineer , you will help shape digital health solutions focused on users with chronic skin conditions. You’ll work in a collaborative, agile environment, influencing mobile and web applications while experimenting with new technologies. Contribute to the development and improvement of the Mobile App for iOS and Android (React Native, Redux, Expo, React Navigation). Contribute to the development and improvement of the Care Portal web app (Material-UI, Express, Redux, React, Sass). Contribute to the development and optimization of the enrollment funnel. Handle production deployments (for domestic resources). Provide additional development capacity and help reduce single points of failure (for near-shore consultants). MUST HAVES
4+ years of professional experience with
React-Native, MongoDB
(NoSQL),
Node.js
and
AWS
(Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, WAF, ALB, ECS, ECR, CodeBuild, CodePipeline). Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Autonomy and senior-level experience: ability to solve complex problems independently. A passion for delightful user experiences. A deep sense of quality and attention to detail. Strong software engineering foundation and experience. Upper-Intermediate English. NICE TO HAVES
Experience with TypeScript. Familiarity with Bluetooth integration. Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tooling. Experience leveraging AI for faster development. Experience integrating external APIs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Commitment to clean, modern, maintainable, high-performance code. Proactive self-starter attitude to troubleshoot and solve problems. Experience working in an Agile environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for one-on-one and group settings. Self-awareness and a desire to continually improve. Perks and benefits
