This career opportunity within our career framework is at Partner level and is for the Wipro Consulting – Energy business unit. The role as a Partner will lead growth of the consulting business across strategic account(s) by leveraging existing and emerging capabilities, and by creating new strategic growth areas to deliver significant profitable growth for the accounts and consulting globally. This role is expected to deliver growth across transformations for Midstream Oil & Gas and across consulting capabilities including SCADA, IT/OT, AI/ML, GIS, Enterprise Transformation, Digital & CIO Advisory, and Talent & Change. Our Partner is expected to build C-level relationships and leverage strategic partnerships as relevant for business growth strategy, in collaboration with Global Account Executives and other business leaders globally. Growth: Define a sound business growth strategy for designated strategic account(s); ensure the consulting business opens new opportunities and expands Wipro’s client positioning. Relationships: Develop the consulting and advisory business by bringing deep expertise and industry connections. Solutions: Identify and define differentiated services and solutions for various process areas within designated strategic clients. Customer Centricity: Deliver customer value as a central theme across all activities; align with client value and strategic goals. Client Engagement & Business Development: Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior executives; proactively identify opportunities and lead development of offerings and commercial models; lead strategic consulting engagements across Midstream energy operations (Storage, Transportation, Gathering, Processing) and related modernization efforts (SCADA, IT/OT convergence, AI/ML asset optimization, GIS integration, Enterprise Transformation). Solution Leadership & Delivery Oversight: Align technology solutions to business outcomes and KPIs (throughput, asset integrity, regulatory compliance); guide cross-functional teams in transformation programs achieving improvements in safety, reliability, and digital maturity; ensure alignment with client goals and regulatory requirements in the Midstream sector. Thought Leadership & Innovation: Represent the firm in industry forums; develop reusable assets and best practices; elevate market positioning through insights. Financial & Operational Excellence: Drive revenue growth, improve margins, and manage pricing and costs. People Development & Mentorship: Mentor junior consultants and build high-performing teams; foster innovation and continuous improvement. Requirements

Minimum of 15 years of experience in management and technology consulting, including at least 10 years in the Oil & Gas industry, primarily in Midstream (Storage, Transportation, Gathering, and Processing) and related modernization and IT/OT convergence tasks. Proven track record in pipeline generation and driving growth. Strong strategic client development skills and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams; deep understanding of Midstream energy operations and regulatory requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $190,000 to $265,000. Based on the position, the role is eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (including sick leave), and other leave options. EEO & Compliance
