What We\'re Looking For:
The Senior Accountant will help safeguard Kooth\'s financial health by ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant accounting practices. Partnering closely with the finance team, this role will oversee daily transaction recording, perform account reconciliations, and support a range of accounting and reporting activities. Requirements How You\'ll Make an Impact: Month-end and Year-end Closing Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and bank entries Financial Analysis: Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and analysis to support decision making processes Expense Management: Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies Accounts Payable: Process invoices, verify expenses, prepare payments, and manage vendor relationships Budgeting Assist Controller with preparation of US Budget files by department, using budgeted data to analyze department spending throughout the year Financial Audits: Support the Controller and other finance team members during our annual audit, providing necessary documentation and support. Collaborate with the audit team directly when required Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency Tax Compliance Assist Controller with the preparation and submission of tax filings to ensure compliance with tax regulations Ad Hoc Tasks Assist with various ad hoc projects as directed by the Financial Controller What You\'ll Bring: 2-3 years of professional accounting experience Bachelor\'s degree required; degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is a plus Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills Solid knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS) Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets formulas (e.g., XLOOKUP) CPA or CPA candidate preferred Benefits

Compensation: The base salary for this role is up to $90,000 annually. We are committed to transparency and share salary ranges in all states—regardless of local requirements. Final compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including your education, experience, skills, and overall alignment with the role.
