Overview

Global Treasury Analyst at Tech Economy. This role focuses on managing global cash operations, FX trading, and short-term investments to support liquidity management and financial controls. You will provide treasury support to assigned office clusters and collaborate with finance colleagues, banking partners, and internal stakeholders. What You’ll Do

Global Cash Management & FX Operations: Coordinate daily cash activities, reconciliations, transaction processing, cash positioning, and short-term investments; maintain a strong control environment with appropriate segregation of duties; leverage treasury platforms to improve transparency, efficiency, and risk management; resolve transaction issues promptly; serve as Treasury point of contact for internal teams and external partners; conduct FX trading and hedging activities (spot and forward), including trade execution, confirmation, and position tracking. Cash Planning & Investments: Support administration of short-term investments within policy guidelines; maintain accurate metrics and reports for Treasury and Accounting teams; track intercompany loan activity to support global liquidity management. Local Office Coverage: Provide treasury support to designated office clusters, including banking, funding, insurance, and investment-related tasks. Projects & Compliance: Assist with special Treasury projects; support FBAR compliance activities annually; stay informed on emerging banking services and tools relevant to Bain’s treasury function. About You

BS in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience 1–3 years’ experience in accounting, banking, financial analysis, or treasury (1+ year in Corporate Treasury preferred) Excellent attention to detail with both numbers and narrative Strong organizational and prioritization skills to meet tight deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and banking/treasury platforms Clear communicator with strong verbal and written skills Comfortable working across cultures in a global environment Collaborative, resourceful, and self-motivated Knowledge of banking procedures is a plus Compensation & Benefits

Massachusetts compensation information varies by factors including experience. The role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, a 401(k) plan with employer contribution, and Bain’s benefits package. Local government requirements may apply for good-faith salary ranges. Estimated Massachusetts annualized full-time salary range: $66,000 – $79,000 (placement within range varies by experience, education, licensure/certifications, training, and skill level) Additional compensation may include annual discretionary performance bonus 4.5% 401(k) company contribution, increasing after 3 years and vesting on start Full coverage of individual medical, dental, and vision premiums Generous paid time off, including parental leave and holidays Paid life and long-term disability insurance Annual fitness reimbursement Legal & Compliance
