What You Will Be Doing We are recruiting for a
Senior Financial Analyst
to join our team. In this critical role within the Finance team, you will be creating financial models and performing analysis to assist with strategic decision-making. This includes financial reporting, budget and forecast creation, variance analysis, and competitor and market analyses. You will also be analyzing financial data, supporting FP&A processes, and creating insightful tools and analytics that help stakeholders around the company improve their decision-making process.
Key Responsibilities
Perform in-depth financial analysis, assist with budgeting/forecasting, and support annual and long-range business planning (e.g. Revenue, Sales and Marketing, and Headcount expenses)
Design, develop, monitor, and maintain financial models, reports, and analytic interfaces for FP&A and our business partners
Provide accurate, timely, and actionable financial reporting and key business metrics to internal stakeholders and private-equity firm
Prepare and present concise financial reports to internal business partners, offering insights into financial trends and performance on a monthly basis
Partner with stakeholders across the enterprise to gather insights, support decision-making, and drive financial best practices
Manage end-to-end commission modeling, including calculation, validation, and ongoing refinement
Identify opportunities to streamline financial reporting processes and support implementation of FP&A best practices to drive long-term business goals
What You Bring Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics or related discipline
8+ years of experience working in a finance or analytics focused role, including performing variance analysis, forecasting, and/or budgeting
Advanced level proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, V/H Look Ups, Macros, If/Then, etc.)
Strong financial modeling, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced level degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, or related discipline
Experience with financial software and systems (i.e., Sage Intacct, Tableau, and Salesforce)
Previous experience in a SaaS environment
The base pay compensation range for this role is listed below. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance in addition to a full range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k match, and more. Final compensation will be dependent on various factors relevant to the position and the candidate such as geographical location, candidate qualifications, certifications, relevant job-related work experience, education, skillset and other relevant business and organizational factors, consistent with applicable law. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed.
Pay Transparency
$110,000—$140,000 USD
