Director, Alternative Investments Offer Management – Charles Schwab. This role is part of Schwab’s Wealth & Advice Solutions (WAS) organization within the Investment & Offer Solutions (IOS) group. The Director leads high-impact efforts to expand the products and capabilities for Schwab’s Retail clients and client-facing representatives, delivering the strategic roadmap to improve Alternative Investments capabilities for Retail clients and the Branch Network, Schwab Wealth Advisory, and related services. Responsibilities

Lead major initiatives to expand Alternative Investments offerings for Retail clients and investor services channels. Support existing product platforms and third-party relationships while delivering a strategic roadmap to enhance Alternative Investments capabilities. Collaborate with internal partners (product leaders, research, Advisor Services, Operations, Technology, Legal and Compliance) and external partners (asset managers, fintechs) to ensure alignment and progress on priorities supporting RIA clients. Activate strategies, complete initiatives, and solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment with close partnership across the Investor Services business. Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Experience leading and completing major initiatives in financial services (consulting, product management, or internal strategy). Led or managed high-performing, multi-discipline teams to meet evolving business challenges and develop strong talent. Strong leadership, influencing and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at senior and working levels. 10+ years in investment product or project management, ideally with Alternative Investments. 3+ years in strategy consulting or product/offer management. Bachelor’s degree required. Preferred Qualifications

Deep understanding of alternative investment products, distribution models, and platform operations. Curious thinker with strong business judgment and analytical skills; able to drive progress with grit. Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines. Comfort with ambiguity; ability to drive results autonomously in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication and influencing skills; experience presenting to executive audiences. Strong relationship-building and collaborative skills; MBA or equivalent post-MBA experience is a plus. What’s in it for you
