Schwab’s Wealth & Advice Solutions (WAS) organization drives our strategy to create an integrated Wealth and Advice Solutions business and prioritize the investments we make in them. Within WAS, Investment Offers & Solutions (IOS) is responsible for managing our third-party product marketplaces (Alternative Investments, Managed Accounts, Mutual Funds, ETFs, Structured Products, Fixed Income, Annuities & Insurance, and 529) as well as our proprietary Separately Managed Accounts. Our mission is to provide a positive experience for Schwab clients that invest in these products, while growing a revenue stream vital to Schwab’s overall financial health. Within IOS, Managed Accounts Solutions (MAS) is responsible for the end-to-end offer management for our third-party and proprietary managed investing, primarily Separately Managed Accounts (SMA). This includes developing new offers, enhancing existing offers, adding resources to the platforms, developing tools and research for clients, building relationships with asset management partners, and collaborating with internal and external partners to create a strong client experience. Serving individual investors, RIAs, retirement plans, and other institutional clients, our Managed Accounts offers are a centralized resource for the firm. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and supporting strategic initiatives for our third-party Managed Accounts investment solutions for individual investors, including addressing industry trends, evolving the business and economic model, pursuing growth opportunities, and enhancing our platforms to be more modern and competitive. Responsibilities

Develop end-to-end vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for our third-party Managed Account programs (e.g., Managed Account Select) and manage ongoing program needs Collaborate on proprietary SMAs for strategic considerations Analyze market landscape, conduct competitive and financial analyses to identify offer enhancements Assess tradeoffs and prioritize roadmaps to innovate offerings and capture market share Gather client insights to design/position products and develop product maps to evolve offers Lead or support platform governance, client experience, and business routines Build strong relationships with key partners across the organization to plan and execute projects Manage multiple priorities, stay organized, meet deadlines, and adapt to change What you have

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA and/or equivalent post-MBA level experience preferred 5+ years of strategy, consulting, or product development/management experience, preferably in financial services or top-tier consulting Expert user of PowerPoint and Excel Preferred Qualifications

Comfort with ambiguity and a dynamic, fast-moving environment Strategic thinker with ability to translate vision into actionable roadmaps Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills to inform product design Proven ability to translate data into a compelling business case Excellent project management skills and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines Superior communication skills with experience presenting to executives Ability to collaborate across Sales, Service, Strategy, Digital, Data, and Technology teams Experience executing multiple initiatives autonomously with strong attention to detail Ability to weigh perspectives, gain consensus, and influence stakeholders Familiarity with separately managed account offerings In addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
