Litigate matters across Commercial Litigation, Catastrophic Casualty, Premises Liability, Dram Shop, Construction, Property Disputes, Transportation & Logistics, Product Liability, Insurance, Complex Torts, Business Disputes. Handle depositions, court conferences, hearings, and motions. Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and dispositive motions. Conduct legal research and writing to support case strategy. Take depositions and participate in trial preparation and trial. Build strong client relationships through effective communication and service. Qualifications
3–5 years of litigation experience with a strong background in commercial litigation and defense. Florida Bar admission (required). Deposition experience; experience defending individuals, insurance, and corporate clients. Strong academic credentials and proven legal research/writing skills. Compensation & Benefits
