Position Responsibilities
Works with physicians in their region to achieve Mount Sinai Medical Center annual strategic goal
Works with physicians in their region and office staff to improve office efficiency, patient flow, and staff satisfaction
Works with physicians to advance clinical services and support population health initiatives by promoting quality improvement, cost reduction, and utilization management
Works with physicians in their region to optimize Merit Based Incentive Payment system performance
Works with physicians in their region to optimize Medicare Advantage Hierarchical Condition Category coding and documentation
Works to enhance the patient experience and address patient concerns
Works with Mount Sinai Medical Center education programs to achieve annual goals as requested
Qualifications
Board Certified/ Eligible- Internal Medicine
Florida License- required
Previous leadership experience- preferred
