Chief Financial Officer

Only candidates local to the Dallas/Fort Worth area will be considered Unity Search has been exclusively retained with this rapidly growing PE-backed manufacturing/distribution company for a Chief Financial Officer. This role will serve as one of two (CEO being the other) key positions within the company that serve as the ultimate leaders having significant interaction and collaboration with the PE company and board. Primary responsibilities include: Financial Statements and use of NetSuite Financial Strategy Provide financial insights to drive strategic decisions Revenue & Profitability Budgeting, forecasting and analyses Improve profitability via cost management and margin improvement Mergers & Acquisitions Perform due diligence on potential acquisitions and lead integration Leadership of Team Hire, Lead, Mentor and Develop finance team Operational Oversight Oversee IT, Risk Management, Insurance and overall Office operations Perform various other related collaborative efforts with CEO, Board and PE group Requirements: 10+ years leadership experience and in a current CFO role 8+ years of PE-Backed company experience required Manufacturing or Distribution industry experience required Must have experience taking the company through at least one exit Experience working in a growing company, both organically and via acquisition Experience identifying, performing due diligence and acquisitions Demonstrated leadership in strategic planning, execution and leadership Most be detail-oriented, relationship builder and strategic thinker Strong interpersonal skills Compensation for this role will depend on experience but will roughly be in the $260 - $300k salary range plus 50-75% discretionary bonus plus equity!
