Collecting and completing MDS documents within required timeframes. Reviewing and comparing entered data against original documents to ensure accuracy and making necessary corrections. Maintaining organized and up-to-date resident charts by filing MDS documents appropriately. Protecting sensitive patient care information and maintaining strict confidentiality at all times. Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement, and evaluate personalized care plans. Ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, including PDPM guidelines. What you bring
Current and active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license. Strong understanding of MDS regulations and processes. Excellent assessment, organizational, and critical thinking skills. Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records and documentation. A commitment to providing compassionate patient care. Ability to work effectively under strict deadlines.
