Job ID: 3089498 | Amazon.com Services LLC WHS (Workplace Health & Safety) is seeking a Sr. Product Manager - Technical to lead an important product for our global safety operations. As a Sr. PMT for Amazon’s WHS Data-Tech organization, you will play a vital role in inventing, simplifying, and scaling the work of the Amazon’s technology products that have a tangible impact on safety of the global workforce. We seek a product leader who can manage large, cross-functional technology programs and projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple sub-teams in technology and sciences, that delivers critical health and safety capabilities that requires coordination with multiple technology and operational teams worldwide. You will lead a group of managers who lead teams of technical product managers, developers, data engineers, and data scientists to provide products and services that will deliver insights and improve the safety processes of WHS worldwide. The right candidate will possess a strong product and technology background. You must be able to thrive and succeed in a challenging entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done. As a Sr PMT, you will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints. An ability to take large, complex products and break them down into manageable pieces, develop functional specifications, then deliver them in a successful and timely manner is expected. Responsibilities
Product Management: Leverage your strong foundation in product management concepts and methodologies to deliver on the product strategy, road mapping, and prioritization of features for safety products and solutions. Unified user experience: identify user needs by conducting user research, onsite visits, and gathering feedback through Voice of Associate mechanisms. Work closely with program and engineering teams to build a unified user interface to streamline user experience. Communication and Collaboration: Communicate product visions, goals, and requirements to diverse stakeholders, including Program, Ops, Tech and Finance teams. Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product development. About the team

Our customers are Worldwide (WW) Operations and the WHS organization. The technology solutions landscape for WHS Data-Tech IN includes web applications built using native Amazon Web Services (AWS) technologies and device-software hybrid solutions that leverage generative artificial intelligence (AI), computer vision, sensors and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies. Additionally, the team conducts scientific research and modeling to generate safety insights and provides analytical solutions, ranging from senior leadership deliverables to individual business unit specific reports. Basic Qualifications
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product Experience managing technical products or online services Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning 5+ years of end to end product delivery experience Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, science, analytics, and business management Preferred Qualifications
Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools Master's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Analytics, and Science. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
